Their authentication system was ineffective and susceptible to hacking, which compromised the security of my account.
This broker are scammers! When I was depositing money on the account, everybody was so nice communicating with me, and when it came down to withdrawal – everybody disappeared. They sent letters containing no real explanations, just a bunch of useless words and promises. And the last letter was actually written in a rather rude manner. In short, I now know what I’ve gotten myself into.
The transaction fees were prohibitive and I lost a significant portion of my profits.
Is a very problematic company. I strongly doubt that company is a genuine broker. They can prevent trades from reaching the interbank market because the broker can cancel trades without any reason. I have experienced this many times. And, of course, this broker cancels profitable trades.
